A practicing clinical dietitian for 15 years, Mrs Soh was trained in dietetics from the Kansas State University, and in Clinical& Health Sciences with Ageing. Prior to setting up the Dietitics division of Singapore Cancer Society, she was the former Head of Department at Bright Vision Hospital's Dietetics and Nutrition Services. Having worked with many patients with cardiovascular disease,, obesity, cancer and diabetes, she has special interest in the field of personalised nutrition and nutrigenomics.
