What is Nutrigenetics
Nutrigenetics is the study of how individual gene variants can affect nutritional requirements. Similar to how we have different physical characteristics such as different eye colours, our genetic differences mean that dietary intake of a particular nutrient may not translate to the same results across different people. Head of Nutrition and Fitness
Kah Onn graduated as a Valedictorian in Food Science from the National University of Singapore. He has also completed an educational course from Monash University in Food as Medicine which studies epigenetics, nutrigenetics and the human genome. Previously, he was involved in specific aspects of the innovation and renovation of Nestle products via nutrition research and systematic reviews. Kah Onn offers nutrition consulting and is passionate about bettering the lives of EternaDNA consumers.
